With our level of service and product quality, it is not possible to offer free carriage, however nor do we envisage profiting from this service as we know some do.  Our carriage charges reflect the actual costs involved.

Aquarium plants - no matter how large or small the order for plants, we charge P&P at £3.45 with the exception of plants on driftwood/rock etc which will be charged at £3.95. Aquarium plants are despatched by 1st class royal mail.  We order our plants on a Thursday for delivery to us on a Monday and we then pack and despatch the majority of orders on a Tuesday.   We endeavour to fulfil all orders within 7 days but for larger orders we would ask our customers to allow 7 - 10 days for delivery.  All orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Pond Plants - due to their heavier nature this cost is £5.95. These are available from March to September and we ask you to allow up to 7 - 10 days for delivery but again this can be quicker.

Dry goods - again no matter how large or small the order they are subject to a charge of £3.95 with the exception of substrates which due to their heavier nature will cost more. These can be despatched the same day subject to stock availability and will travel by Royal Mail 1st Class. Dry goods include individual driftwood pieces, consumables, planting aids, books etc.
